السلام عليكم يا اخوان

استخدم برنامج SquirrelMail لتصفح البريد ولكن يوجد فيه خلل ولم اعلم كيفية اصلاح الخطأ

اصدار البرنامج : SquirrelMail version 1.4.0


الخطأ الذي يظهر :
ERROR
Unknown user or password incorrect.
Go to the login page


بصراحه هناك برامج اخري للبريد وشغاله في جميع المواقع اللي بالسيرفر ولكن انا ابي هالبرنامج فهل من حل بارك الله فيكم؟

هناك 2 طرق لحل المشكله :-

1- مراسلة الدعم الفني للشركة الذي اخذت منها

2- او اعادة تنصيب البرنامج بنفسك .

3-الاستعانه بشركة لتركيبه لك مقابل مبلغ ما .

اذا اردت يمكننا اعادة تركيبه واصلاح الخلل بدون ضياع اي بيانات .

اهلا اخوي ولله الحمد تم حل المشكله وللافاده حبيت اضع الحل كما لقيته في الويب هوستنج

Supposedly, when the last batch of updates came from CPanel, it downloaded a stock "uwimap" binary from RedHat. Unfortunately, this binary doesn't have the capabilities that CPanel needs to handle multiple users.

To fix this, log into the server and SU to root. Type these commands, copy and paste them preferably...

# cd /usr/sbin
# cp -p imapd imapd.bak
# cp /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/imapd /usr/sbin

You will get a prompt that looks like this...
cp: overwrite `/usr/sbin/imapd'?

Answer yes.

# /scripts/restartsrv imap
