مشكلة في البريد الألكتروني للسيرفر
 

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

عندي مشكلة في السيرفر .. استلمته قبل 20 يوماً وتم التعديل عليه وربط الدومين بالسيرفر ولكن خدمة البريد لا تعمل
وعندي استعراضي لموقع dnsreport.com ظهرت بعض الملاحظات ومنها FAIL عن البريد الألكتروني
وهذي نص الرسالة
ERROR: The IP of one or more of your mail server(s) have no reverse DNS (PTR) entries (if you see "Timeout" below, it may mean that your DNS servers did not respond fast enough). RFC1912 2.1 says you should have a reverse DNS for all your mail servers. It is strongly urged that you have them, as many mailservers will not accept mail from mailservers with no reverse DNS entry. You can double-check using the 'Reverse DNS Lookup' tool at the DNSstuff site (it contacts your servers in real time; the reverse DNS lookups in the DNS report use our local caching DNS server). The problem MX records are:
50.84.98.65.in-addr.arpa [No reverse DNS entry (rcode: 3 ancount: 0) (check it)]

وتم التشييك على IP وظهرت هذه المعلومات
Getting NS record list at a.root-servers.net... Done!
Sorry, ××.××.××.×× does not appear to be a valid Internet hostname

ياريت لو تضع حل المشكله أخي العزيز لكي يستفيد الآخرون من الحل اذا احتاجوا له

عذراً على التأخير في الرد

لقد تم حل المشكلة من قبل الشركة المستضيفة بدون مقابل ، وكم تمنيت ان احلها بتوجيه من الأخوان اصحاب الخبره ولكن للأسف؟!؟

وعندما سألتهم عن المشكلة وحلها اجابوني بهذا :

If I recall correctly, I did the following to fix the porblem:

1. Downgraded cPanel to the latest STABLE version.
2. Renamed /etc/exim.conf to exim.conf.backup.
3. Renamed /etc/exim_outgoing.conf to exim_outgoing.conf.backup.
4. Renamed /etc/exim_incoming.conf to exim_incoming.conf.backup.
5. Renamed /var/spool/exim_incoming to /var/spool/exim.
6. Reinstalled Exim with /scripts/exim4.

Of course I did many more steps when trying to troubleshoot the problem, but I believe these were the steps that actually contributed to fixing the problem.
