مشكلة في شراء ترخيصvBulletin من الشركة الرئيسية

اخوتي الكرام لقد حاولت شراء نسخة منتدى vBulletin من الشركة الرئيسية بواسطة بطاقة اعتماد خاصه بي
ولقد اتبعت طريقة الشراء حسب ما هو مشروح في احد المنتديات وكانت الطريقة مطابقة تماما وتم خصم 160 دولار من حسابي وفي نفس اليوم جائتني هذه الرسالة من الشركة
ماذا افعل ارجو المساعدة يا اخوتي الافاضل
