حتى الآن أنتظر رد من الدعم الفني ولا مجيب

كتبت هذا الموضوع صباح الجمعة وحتى الآن لم أرى رد لهم ..

وأيضاً أرسلت رسالة إلى الدعم الفني للأستظافة التي عليها موقعي ( استضافة أجنبية ) .. وأقسم بالله العظيم تم الرد في خلال 20 دقيقة ..

The server will always remain secure. Your account however will be your responsibility to keep it secure, hack and virus free.

Unfortunately for a hacking/virus issue there is nothing we can do about this.

Make sure you have all your files backed up and every time you get hacked, simply replace the files affected. When you first get your account with us it is a fully secured account and will only become vulnerable to hacking and viruses based up-pone what you install and what permissions you have set. You can make sure that if you have any installation like wordpress, phpbb, phpnuke, and so on that they are the current updated version and not an older version. The older visions have security holes and are venerable to hacking. Also chances are if you’re using php that there are issues with your php scripts on your site and or things like register_globes are enabled. You need to make sure that you have looked into the security protections on your php files. Php injection is the most likely avenue.


We also can offer you a complementary weekly back up from our servers (if available). However, these are simply complementary and are not guaranteed in anyway.
