Here's what we're looking for:
We want a Senior Front-end Web Designer/Developer and Senior
PHP Developer that can rock the party! These positions are full-time, so blow us away with your mad skills and the permanent
position is yours. It’s simple; be motivated to get your career going,
NOT just someone looking for a job. You should be able to work with
our team to ensure consistency in style and tone when editing sites,
and be able to communicate properly when speaking nerd-code talk to
other developers (and quite possibly clients if necessary).

Senior Web UI / Developer
Here's what we're going to need from you as a Web Developer
(to qualify, you NEED to have these skills. These are not recommendations. If you don't have them, plz don't say you do) :

Required:
• A Strong Creative Portfolio .
• Ability to hand code clean, compliant, and semantic XHTML/CSS with attention to standards and best practices (w3c) .
• Familiarity with cross-browser (IE6+7, Firefox, Safari, chrome and Opera) compatibility issues and bugs .
• Means and competence to convert designs into well constructed, semantic and valid (x)HTML and CSS2 - CSS3 .
• Strong understanding of php templating and dealing with php codes .
• Manipulation of the Document Object DOM through advanced CSS selectors .
• Experience using Adobe CS3/4 applications to generate wireframes, mockups, and web optimized graphics .
• 2+ years experience in a web design production environment .

Nice to Have:
• SEO/SEM
• Exposure to LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP)
• Have an in depth knowledge and experience with JavaScript, AJAX, XML & JSON

Senior PHP Developer
and Here's what we need from you as a PHP Developer
(to qualify, you NEED to have these skills. These are not recommendations. If you don't have them, plz don't say you do) :

Required:
• A Strong Creative Portfolio .
• 4+ years of experience developing web applications with PHP/MySQL implementing object-orientated programming .
• Have an in depth knowledge and experience in security systems, SQL Injection and the XSS .
• Have an in depth knowledge and experience with JavaScript, AJAX, XML & JSON .
• writing and building a systems based on Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• have the ability to manipulate/modification/fix other php scripts .
• simple understanding of UI development and usability .
• Able to fluently hand-code clean XHTML and CSS .
• Know the difference between YUI, jQuery, Prototype, Ext, and MooTools .
• Have an understanding of MVC frameworks, Subversion, and IDE’s .

Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with CGI and Perl .
Server manager
and Here's what we need from you as a server manager
(to qualify, you NEED to have these skills. These are not recommendations. If you don't have them, plz don't say you do) :

Required:
• Have an in depth knowledge and experience in managing linux and windows servers.
• Have an understanding of apache , nginx and lighttpd.
