كود لاعطاع banned لشخص
اولا ::
قوم بعمل ملف ونسمية مثلا ban.php
ثانيا نروح للهيدر ونضع اعلاه هذا الكود require('ban.php')
ثاليا :: نفتح الملف ban.php وتضع فيه الكود التالى
