السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته


عملت فورمات لجهاز الكمبيوتر وبعدها لم أعد أستطع الدخول للوحة التحكم الخاصة بانفنتي على الرغم من التأكد من صحة بيانات الجدار الناري ومع ذلك يرفض الدخول وتأتي رسالة بأن بيانات الباسوورد خاطئة !!!!


على الرغم من أني أدخل نفس البيانات في جهاز المحمول ويتم قبولها !!!


ما الحل لهذه المشكلة .


مع العلم أنني بحثت عن المشاكل المشابهة لها في هذا المنتدى ونفذت بعض الحلول ولم ينجح أياً منها مثل :

ـ كتابة www فهي لا تختفي أصلاً
ـ تغيير نوع المتصفح ( تمت المحاولة ولم تختفي المشكلة)
ـ إضافة شرطة مائلة أخرى بعد الدومين // بين com و cp



أتمنى أن أجد الحل مع العلم أني حاولت رفع مجلد cp من نسخة نظيفة بصيغة بيناري بواسطة الاف تي بي ولكن المحاولة تعثرت بعد تعذر رفع بعض الصور في داخل المجلد فأوقفت الرفع (ربما أنني لم أنفذ الرفع بطريقة صحيحة) مع أني قرأت موضوع شرح الرفع بصيغة بيناري ولكن الشرح كان خاص ببرنامج smartftp ولم أعثر على نسخة مجانية منه وجميع النسخ التي حملتها لا تعمل وتتطلب الشراء فاستخدمت برنامج leapftp ولكنني لم أعدل على إعداداته فربما أنه لا يرفع بصيغة بيناري .




أرجو أن أكون وفقت في شرح المشكلة وأن أجد حلها
